Aerial yoga is where we perform asanas while we are being suspended in the air by a sling that is by the way specialized for the job. This includes full-body suspensions, mid-air stretches, complex poses, and inversions.
This practice works best if you are one of those people who do not want to use too much stuff whenever they exercise because it feels cluttered and unorganized. In Aerial Yoga, you will only need an aerial hammock or yoga swing and a mat and you are good to go! This is a good choice since children also tend to nitpick.
Aerial yoga may sound intimidating right now, but do not worry because similar to Kurunta, there are also modified poses in Aerial Yoga that are fit for children.
