Our guarantee to you is complete and unconditional – If any item you have purchased is faulty (workmanship or materials) –

We’ll refund the amount paid for the item!

If you prefer, we can simply replace the damaged item or if any item you receive happens to be missing parts, we will send those to you immediately.

In either case we’ll offer you some free goods as our apology to you!

(Proof must be provided within 60-days. We DO NOT require damaged items to be returned to us.)

If you wish to return your item to exchange for another item for any reason, please contact us within 60 days of purchase.

Return package must be postmarked within 60 days of product arrival and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Bali.

We will send out your exchange item at no extra postage costs to you once we have received the original item back at our warehouse.

Items must be returned in an unused condition.

(NOTE: Limited to one exchange per person/per order and a 15% restocking fee will apply).

Any differences in purchase price between the initial item and the exchange item will either be charged to your card or refunded to you depending on the amount of the exchange item.

(NOTE: We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery).

Ten-Year Warranty

We offer a TEN-YEAR Quality/Workmanship WARRANTY on any Gravotonics Yoga Swing or Aerial Hammock purchased via our website.

(Applies to retail customers only.)

(NOTE: A Limited 5-Year Warranty applies to Wholesale/Light Bulk yoga studio orders).

All accessory products listed on our website, including daisy chains, have up to a 1-Year Warranty.

Please check individual product listings for applicable warranty offer.

If your product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, upon proof we will either offer to give a refund,
replace the effected part, or replace the entire item.

Quality Control

All Gravotonics products are handmade in our workshop. Our high standards ensure that we deliver a quality product and we have NEVER had one Swing returned due to faulty workmanship or materials since production began in 2003.

This is a statistic we are very, very proud of!

What is Covered Under Our Warranty:

– Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

(Must have proof of purchase and proof of defect).

What is Not Covered:

– The owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.

– Damage to product due to being left outdoors (rust, sun-bleach, dust, etc.).

– Tears or rips from use with jewelry or belt buckles.

– Damaged due to to abnormal or careless use.

(NOTE: If you have acquired a Swing or Hammock via a 3rd-party reseller, you will need to arrange your warranty claim directly with the retailer).

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

– This warranty lasts for ten (10) years from the date of original purchase of this product for all retail customers who purchase directly from the website. (Limited five (5) year warranty for wholesale/light bulk orders).


Refunds & Returns for Aerial Yoga Swing Stands

If you are not happy with your item you, of course, can return it. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA number). This number must be written on the outside of each box being returned along with our address. Items returned without an RA number will be refused.

We accept only unused/unassembled items in resalable condition.

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. Truck items must be returned by the same carrier that delivered them. Return freight must be prepaid. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt in resalable condition, you will receive a refund for the merchandise (less shipping charges). If a return is after 30 days but less than 90 days, a restocking fee will be charged. Some items offer free shipping on the original delivery. For these items, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fees are:
31-60 days – 15%
60-90 Days – 50%
Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 90 days.

All returned merchandise should be packaged securely to prevent damage and shipped prepaid preferably insured USPS, FedEx or UPS to the address below.  If you feel an item is defective and would like reimbursed for your return shipping charges, please include a receipt for your shipping in the box. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping charges. We do not pay for packaging materials charged by shipping stores.  If possible, use the box and packaging materials that your order was shipped in.
