Our guarantee to you is complete and unconditional – if any item you have purchased is faulty (workmanship or materials) we’ll exchange or refund the amount paid for the item within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate a Return: If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase if something is missing from your order and we will happily offer a refund or to replace that item. Conditions Apply – Please see below.

Return package must be postmarked within 30 days of product arrival and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery.


Quality Control

All Gravotonics products are handmade in our workshop. Our high standards ensure that we deliver a quality product and we have NEVER had one Swing returned due to faulty workmanship or materials since production began in 2003.

This is a statistic we are very, very proud of.

While all attention to detail is given and each product is checked before being shipped, occasionally something may slip through or be missed. We are human after all !!!

What is Covered Under Our Warranty: – Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. – Must have proof of purchase and proof of defect.

What is Not Covered: – The owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product. – Damage to product due to being left outdoors (rust, sun-bleach, dust, etc.). – Tears or rips from use with jewelry or belt buckles. – Damaged due to to abnormal or careless use.

How Long Does the Coverage Last? – This warranty lasts for five (5) years from the date of original purchase of this product.

What Gravotonics Will Do: – If your product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will either offer to give a refund, replace the effected part, or replace the entire item at no cost to the customer.
