Shipping & Handling
We send out orders throughout the week and generally arrive quite quickly to major cities around the world.
All FREE SHIPPING orders are sent via Kantor Pos (Indonesia) Standard Air Mail and generally arrive within 2 weeks (can take longer for remote areas)..
Express Worldwide postage is charged at a rate of USD$9.95 for orders under 1kg and USD$14.95 per item over 1kg and generally arrives within 5-7 days (can take longer for remote areas)..
Tracking numbers are not available in most cases once the package leaves Indonesia, however we will provide one within 10 day if this is available for your order.
All domestic postage within Indonesia is FREE Express Post, and includes a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMPORT FEES MAY APPLY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY’S RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MORE DETAILS.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery.
Circumstances that may cause a delay
Packages for delivery to a APO/FPO address, outlying states or territories and extremely remote areas may experience delays.
Please Note: We are unable to send to P.O. BOXES – Must be a residential address ONLY!
To prevent damage your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times.
We try to send the entire order off the same day, but depending on the manner in which it was ordered this is not always possible particularly with wholesale orders.
Sometimes the carrier will separate packages in transit even if they were sent off together. This is no need to worry; you may just have to be extra patient for the other items.
You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what you agreed to pay at checkout.
To cancel your order please contact our customer service. Cancellations will be processed within 3 business days. If your order has already shipped the order cannot be canceled but you will be able to return the product at your expense.
Returns will be accepted as long as returned in original/unused condition.
You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
If swapping for another item, you will also cover the for your replacement to be sent to you. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply.

However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s estimated time of arrival.
