Shipping & Handling

We send out orders throughout the week and generally arrive quite quickly to major cities around the world.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, order processing times vary, however we aim to dispatch within: 3-5 days.

(Dependent on size of order and time of year, there may be slight delays..)

International Shipping

Express Shipping orders are sent worldwide via Kantor Pos (Indonesia) Express Mail Service – Approx. 7 days.

(Express Shipping can take longer for remote areas and there may be delays expected due to COVID19)..



Tracking numbers are available for Express Post orders and in some other cases..

When a tracking number applies, we will send a tracking number with a shipping confirmation email.



We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service in transit or stolen after delivery.

Please put in a claim directly with your local post service.

Circumstances that may cause a delay

Packages for delivery to a APO/FPO address, outlying states or territories and extremely remote areas may experience delays.

Please Note: We are unable to send to P.O. BOXES – Must be a residential address ONLY!

Please ensure your telephone number and address details are correct.


Bali has many holidays and there are certain times of the year where orders may take an extra bit of time to get out. Likewise with the lead up to Christmas as we get a surge of orders. We will email you if we are ever experiencing delays.

Separate Shipments

Depending on the size of your order we may send in different boxes and may arrive at different times.

We try to send the entire order off the same day, but depending on the manner in which it was ordered this is not always possible particularly with wholesale orders.

Sometimes the carrier will separate packages in transit even if they were sent off together. This is no need for worry; you may just have to be extra patient for the other items.

You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what you agreed to pay at checkout.


To cancel your order please contact our customer service. Cancellations will be processed within 3 business days.

If your order has already shipped the order cannot be canceled but you will be able to return the product at your expense.


Returns will be accepted as long as returned in original/unused condition. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

If swapping for another item, you will also cover the cost for your replacement to be sent to you. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply.

We will issue refunds under certain circumstances within 30 days of receiving your order. (Proof of manufacturing fault must be provided.)

However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s estimated time of arrival, particularly with the effects of COVID19 on logistics chains.
